Shipping & Delivery

We know furniture delivery is a big deal, so we do our best to make the process smooth and transparent from start to finish.

How We Ship

Because our furniture items are large and carefully handled, we ship all orders using uShip, a trusted third-party freight service that connects your delivery with experienced, independent carriers.

Once your order is placed, we’ll begin preparing your furniture for shipment. We allot 5-10 business days (not including holidays) to contract and coordinate with the uShip carrier that will be transporting your piece and 1-2 weeks for your piece to reach its final destination.

This is mostly due to the availability of the uShip carrier that bids on the shipment and keeping in mind that delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances could cause delays.

Delivery Timing

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier availability. After a carrier is assigned, delivery usually takes 7 - 14 business days. While delivery dates are estimated, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Scheduling Your Delivery

Once your furniture is on its way, the carrier may reach out directly to coordinate a delivery time that works for you. Please make sure the delivery location is easily accessible so everything goes smoothly.

Delivery Details

Unless otherwise noted, all deliveries are curbside delivery, meaning your item will be delivered to the curb or driveway of the shipping address.

If you need additional services like inside delivery, stair carry, or white-glove setup, these may be available for an extra fee depending on the carrier.

Shipping costs are provided as a custom quote based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Delays

While delays are rare, they can happen due to weather, carrier scheduling, or other factors outside our control. If that happens, we’ll gladly help with updates and communication.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos if possible. We’ll work with uShip and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

Local Delivery

If you are located in Lynchburg, VA. or the surrounding area pickup and local delivery (not uShip) is available. Just let us know where you are located when you're ready to purchase!
